How to Use A Beach Sun Shade March 6th, 2011
Beach sun shades are becoming very popular. These innovative shades are simply shades that consist of a mat to keep the sand off your stuff and your body and a shade supported by poles to keep you from getting sunburned or overly tanned. And the small bag that the shade comes is just right to conveniently carry on beach outings.
When you first get the shade, it will be taken apart and placed in a small portable bag. There will be several poles in the bag and two large pieces of material—usually something lightweight and slightly transparent. You should take the small bag with you whenever you hit the beach. To use the contents, simply follow these steps.
Remove the mat that is flat and without any sort of ventilation. This will act as the floor of your shade. Place this on the ground facing the body of water. Next off, take the poles out of the bag as well as the other pieces of materials. Thread the poles through the holes on the side of the material.
Bend the poles slightly and stick them through the slots on the floor of your beach sun shade. Ram the extra portion of the rod far into the sand to make sure that it is stable. Push some sand into the side of the poles to strengthen it.
Now you have finished setting up your shade. All you need to do is set your stuff down, sit down, and enjoy the breeze. If you want to get yourself tanned, remove the poles from the ground and set them beside you. Keep in mind that while setting this up is simple, cleaning up is also easy. Make sure you clean out all of the sand before you stick it your beach sun shade back in the bag. An easy up tent is also handy for use on the beach.
